Milldale's Approved Build Partners WIn Again
In keeping with the high standard of land development at Milldale, three of our Approved Build Partners have been rewarded for raising the bar across the residential housing sector, at this year’s Master Builders House of the Year Awards.
Congratulations to everybody at Maddren Homes for a great team effort, winning Gold in the Altus Window Systems New Home $750,000 - $1 million category, Regional Category winner and Supreme House of the year - under $1 million winner, plus a national Top 100 winner. A fantastic line up of prizes for a great bunch of professionals with this stunning 283sqm four-bedroom home.

And to Legendary Homes, congratulations for receiving honours for two homes.

YC Homes also put in a fantastic effort, with 3 homes receiving awards. Their show home left won Gold in the GIB Show Home category.
